Clammer Hill
The project involved a rear extensions, front porch, patio works and a full refurbishment internally to property, which is grade two listed. we then constructed a double garage with workshop and W.C fully tanked due to the position of the surronding terrain.
Munstead
To put an Orangery onto a Grade I listed building.
27 Petworth Road
Refurbishment of two bedroom Grade II listed property with
landscaping to the rear garden.
Manor Farm Barn
This project included a demolition and re-build of the
barn on the same footprint with an oak framed vaulted
ceiling and external timber cladding.
Lauriston
Additional floor living space to existing bungalow by
removing the roof, this include building up and re-pitching
the roof. This property had to be structurally underpinned
and was totally refurbished
Rhories
An erection of a triple garage with a vaulted ceiling and
gymnasium to the side with construction of new driveway
and turning bays.
Quellhurst
This work included a rear extension with bi fold doors
onto a rear timber decking terrace and conversion of
garage into a playroom.
Tynings
A Georgian house which had extensions to both sides of
the property to provide additional living accommodation.
The property was totally refurbished.
Ashurst Barn Farm
Originally a period farmhouse with a stable block, this
was a total refurbishment project that involved converting
the garage, stable and tack room.
Coates Restaurant
Contruction of the superstructure and hard landscaping to
the front of the restaurant, all the works were carried out
under supervision of the listed Buildings department in
order to ensure keeping with the original feel of the courtyard.
